What is it?Voice Dialogue is a method of therapy enabling the individual to become aware of their different parts or selves. Inner selves or sub-personalities emerge and by actually speaking from these parts, situations, relationships, and dilemmas can be understood and resolved in a new and unique way. The therapist engages the parts in dialogue to address patterns or tendencies that may be impeding progress. By interfacing with these different selves, it's possible to deepen awareness, identifying voices that are not helpful that may be running one's life and relationships. It's also possible to identify parts that need strengthening and to gain understanding of how to decrease stress and move towards greater personal self-actualisation.
