Anxiety - why me?Anxiety is high now because of the way that we are living. People don’t get the chance to properly relax and take breaks as there’s always something more that could be done or some messages awaiting your reply. There’s a huge emphasis on trying to do more. Even play and fun things can provide stress with tickets, flights and all the organization that an outing or a holiday entails. Worry and panic can stop you from sleeping and cause you to make mistakes, making you more accident-prone. Anxiety can be at the base of be anger and frustration towards those that are closest to you. The bottom-line is that Anxiety can impede your natural feeling of joy and happiness. As humans, very small things can make us feel happy - a sunny day, a tree in blossom, but often there is not time to stop and reflect. Running for medication as a quick fix-it solution is not always the best thing to do for one’s overall health and
