How EFT works
Through learning to tap certain points on your body (that are key meridian points) it's been found that it is possible to release negative emotion. The tapping technique is simple and easy to learn. Working with a therapist will help you to work through the stages in a constructive sequence, documenting progress and working systematically to cover each stage. Also where there are blocks, a therapist will see these, and areas that are painful or locked in the past can be brought forward and dealt with in a safe environment with support. Learning to use EFT and other techniques such as Havening Techniques that I can teach you will enable you with tools to use between sessions whenever you feel in distress.

It’s not uncommon to feel surprised at how much emotion is stored up needing release and recalibration. In fact all of these emotions need to be worked through in order to move on. I use regression techniques where there are problems surfacing from the past. Advanced EFT and Matrix Reimprinting allows painful blocks or memories to be overwritten and reframed or reconstructed. This is based on the idea that memory is malleable.  Whatever tapping routines we do for each of these stages, I will give you notes so that you can continue to do these between sessions. Matrix Reimprinting is an advanced form of EFT involving inner child work that I am qualified and experienced in. Through EFT and Matrix Reimprinting it's possible to significantly reduce levels of pain and to learn skills to help achieve a more comfortable and relaxed place.
